He is survived by: his wife Blanca Saldivar; his children, Scott Saldivar, Salina Alaniz (Noe Jr.) and Nelly Olivares; his grandchildren, Colby, Paisly, Tessaly, Noe III, Justin Caballero and Jalen Arellano; his mother Elodia Saldivar; and his siblings, Marlon Saldivar, Orlando Saldivar, San Marino Saldivar, Oscar Saldivar and Thelma Garza.
