He is survived by: his children, Hector Ramirez (Annette) of Palm Valley, Placido Ramirez Jr. of Corpus Christi, Juan Ramirez (Faviola) of Harlingen and Ramiro Ramirez (Natalia) of Santa Rosa. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
