She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Romulo Salazar and Juanita V. Salazar; her sons, Leandro Rivera, Ruben Rojas and Andres Rojas; her brother Luis Salazar; her husband Gilberto Rojas; and her children, Rosalinda Pruitt, Federico Rivera Jr. (Sylvia), Blanca Balli (Jerry), Flore Rodriguez (Joel), Troy Lee Salazar and Gilberta Morales (Marcos). She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, five sisters, one brother, numerous nieces and nephews.
