He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Badillo and Maria Badillo; and his daughter Vanessa Badillo. He is survived by: his wife Anna Badillo; his children, Francisco Badillo III (Laura), Anthony Ray Badillo (Jennifer), Veronica Irene Badillo, Victoria Renee Badillo and Raymond Diego Badillo; and his siblings, Maria "Lupita" Badillo of Jesus Badillo, Robert Badillo (Juanita), Homer Badillo (Emma), Sofia Badillo, Margarita Briones (Manuel) and Juanita Alicia Badillo (Daniel Perez). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
