She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Hinojosa and Evangelia Hinojosa; her children, Benjamin H. Sweet Jr. and Lee Roy Sweet; her daughter-in-law Enriqueta Sweet; and her siblings, Lionel Hinojosa, Ofelia Reyes (Mario), Eudelia Hinojosa and Maria Elia Ramirez.

She is survived by: her husband Benjamin R. Sweet; her children, David Sweet, Linda Sanchez (Gasper) and Charles Sweet; her daughter-in-law Maria Sweet; and her siblings, Rita Cruz, Raul Hinojosa, Pedro Hinojosa (Gloria), Guadalupe Ramirez and Benito Hinojosa (Cindy). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
