He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Douglas and Helen Lanelle Hultquist, Sr. (Springer); his brother Edward "Buster" Hultquist, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Huey Parkman and Leonard Magnuson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hultquist; his son Terry Scott Hultquist (Donna Lynn); his sisters, Bobbie Parkman and Joyce Magnuson; his grandchildren, Kandis, Danny Dennis, Sonny, Michael Boatman, Noah and Madison Hultquist; and his great grandchildren, Makayla, Elijah, Emmi and Elliott Dennis.
