He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt Cruser and Violet Cruser (Brundrett); and his sister Carolyn Cooper. He is survived by: his nieces, Renee Williams (Matt), Kimberly Covington (Wendel Craig) and Jeannie Johnson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Merrick Williams, Lane Williams, Ashlee Covington, Megan Covington, Deven Young, D. J. Johnson, Adelyna Warren and Ellora Warren; and his close friends, Gene and Becky Newton.
A funeral service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Home Chapel (10412 Hwy 6, Santa Fe, TX 77510).
