She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Conklin McKinley and Louise Elgin McKinley; her husband William James Splawn (Bill); and her siblings, Robert, James McKinley, Tessabelle Platzer and Helen Miller.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Keith, Chris, Wesley, Jeffrey, Andrew, Joshua and Jeremy Splawn; her sister Elizabeth Warren; and her sons, Don (Teresa) of Hot Springs, AR, Alan Splawn (Karen) of Conroe, TX. and William "Dub" Splawn (Pam) of Paris, TX. She is also survived by seven grandsons, three granddaughters, and fourteen great grandchildren.
