Frances Nell Oxner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2024, at the age of 99, Frances Nell Oxner (Santa Fe, Texas), born in Hewitt, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harmon Oxner; her siblings, Max Renfro and Winphra Schaeper; and her parents, Lloyd Renfro and Zeffie Renfro.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Lou Spencer (George) of Santa Fe; and her grandchildren, Ricci Rodgers of League City, Becky Russell (Bryan) of Santa Fe, Chris Knapp (Liz) of Santa Fe and Holly Paladino (Joe) of Alvin. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family and their children.
In memory of her life, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Frances' honor to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America or Alzheimer's charity of your choice.
