Tovar (Santa Fe, Texas), born in La Feria, Texas, who passed away on January 31, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sostenes Galvan and Frasisca Galvan; her daughter Irma Soliz; her grandson Dillon Tovar; and her brothers, Johnny Galvan and Joe Galvan.
She is survived by: her husband Andres "Andy" Tovar; her sons, Andres "Andy" Tovar, Jr., Richard Tovar and David Tovar (Nancy); her sister Dorothy Longoria; her grandchildren, Michelle Quinonez (Jose, Aaron Tovar), David Tovar, Jr., Pricilla Soliz (Jose Garcia, Salvador) and Timothy Soliz; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Ramos of Joey Quinonez, III, Travis Tovar, Emily Quinonez, Marissah Quinonez, Raymond Tovar, Andrew Tovar, Noe Soliz, Victoria Buznego, Anthony Garcia and Adrian Garcia.
