He was predeceased by: his sisters, Darlene Burbach, Gaye Codswell, Mary Hodson, Charlene Bickhaus and Donna Schulze; and his stepgrandson Randen Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Winters of Santa Anna; his daughter Roni Jean Winters of Longview; his grandchildren, Derrick Winters (Jasmine) of Longview, Rebekah Winters of Longview and Devin Winters of Oregon; his siblings, Richard Winters (Dick) of Denver, Colorado and Joy Schott of LaSalle, Colorado; his stepson Barry Roney (Amanda) of Coleman; and his sister-in-law Terrilyn Taylor of Novice. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, step-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
