He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jose Rocha and Maria Dolores Garcia Rocha; his wife Maria Frausto; his children, Mary Rocha of Santa Anna and Gustavo Nunez of El Paso; his grandchildren, Jennifer Castruita, Christian Castruita and Bryan Castruita; his great grandchild Hudson Castruita; and his siblings, Lazaro Rocha, Jose Armando Rocha, Moises Rocha, Lucio Rocha, Juan Rocha, Manuel Rocha, Miguel Rocha, Maria Aurora Rocha and Elvira Rocha. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
