With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Sue Cupps of Santa Anna, Texas, who passed away on January 14, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hipp and Billie Lorene McCoy Hipp. She is survived by: her husband Richard Cupps of Santa Anna; her son Michael Cupps of Santa Anna; her granddaughter Grace Brown of Santa Anna; and her sister Billie Rae Diaz of Brownwood.
