He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Matheus and Florence Matheus; and his siblings, Sharon, Rosie, Bonnie and Eugene.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sons, Glenn Matheus and Jeff Matheus (Holly); his stepsons, Shawn Brown (Nikki) and Michael Brown (Melissa); his grandchildren, Samantha Matheus, Savannah (Kirby Yale), Travis Matheus, Tommy Matheus, Gage Brown, Makaela Brown, Shane Brown, Ryan Brown and Zane Brown; and his great grandchildren, Shiloh Yale, Hayden Matheus and Scarlett Brown.
