It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirlene Wright of Sanger, Texas, born in Denton, Texas, who passed away on August 6, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis E. Bowles and Grace Littrell Bowles of Era, TX.; her former husband Johnny Calvert; her husband J. L. Wright; and her brother Mark Bowles.
She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Claiser (Keith Claiser) of Sanger, Rachel Brandon (Stanley Brandon) and Ponder; and her grandchildren, Grace, Joshua, Meagan, Calvin Claiser, Heather McElhinney, JT and Ashley Brandon. She is also survived by mother and MeMe to her grandchildren.
