He is survived by: his former spouse Marion Frates; his wife Mary Ortega of Sanger; his children, Victor Ortega (Janeth) of Gainesville, Eric Ortega (Sarah) of Hickory Creek and Amber Cervantez of Sanger; his grandchildren, Hugo, Nayeli, Shanik, Ayden, Bryson, Addy, Boston, Xavier, Ray Jr., Damion, Davin, Raelynn, Izaiah and Imberlynn; his siblings, Rosa Ortega (Enrique) of Mexico, Gabby Ortega (Carlos) of Mexico, Angeles Ortega of Mexico, Vicki Ortega (Ricardo) of Mexico, Pablo Ortega (Guera) of Mexico and Paco Ortega of Mexico; his mother-in-law Darlene Dugan of Mill Creek, OK; and his brothers-in-law, Danny Frates of Ardmore, OK and Jeremy Dugan of Mill Creek, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
