He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Andy Heizelman and Nellie Agnes Heizelman (Vickers); and his sisters, Maxine, Marie and Pearl.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cobie, Kayleigh, Kharysma, Claire and Caroline; and his sister Rose. He is also survived by seven nieces, two nephews, and multiple great nieces and nephews.
