It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Roland Starke of Sanger, Texas, born in North Andover, Massachusetts, who passed away on August 14, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Starke and Ruth Starke (Seward). He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Starke of Sanger, TX and Laurie Starke of Everett, WA; and his brothers, Cliff Starke of Alturas, CA and Roger Starke of Preston, CT.. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
