She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Moore and Louise Moore (McGinnis); and her siblings, Mary Jo Howell, Bruce Wayne Moore and Larry Moore.
She is survived by: her son Paul Wayne Banks (Karen) of Boswell, OK. She is also survived by four grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
