He is survived by: his brother Robert Phillips (Marie); his significant other Dorothy Baker; and his children, Marvin, Arthur, Melanie Phillips of Denton, TX, Larry Phillips of Shallotte, NC, Barry Phillips of Sanger, TX, Twana Splawn of Myra, TX and Neyland Phillips of Sanger, TX.. He is also survived by Many many nieces, nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews.
