He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maelynn LaKay Horn of Sanger, Texas.; his children, Melody Hunter (Dustin Hunter) of Edmond, OK and Michael Wayne Horn Jr. (Brad Newton) of Gulf Shores, AL; his grandchildren, Kyle Hunter (Addison) of Edmond, OK and Makayla Hunter of Edmond, OK.; his parents, Lee Horn and Betty Jo Horn; his sisters, Thelma Yancer of Adrian, MI and Kathy Yancer of Gulf Shores, AL.; his uncles, Art and Jim; and his grandparents, Willard, Violet Gafner, Leon and Iva Horn. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
