He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ashley and Josie Edith Webb; and his brother Joe Webb. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Webb; his daughters, Cynthia Brown and Jennifer Sullivan; his son-in-law Jack Sullivan; his grandchildren, Hogan and Grace Sullivan; his nephews, James, Ronnie, Donnie and Ken Webb; his sister-in-law Margie Ledbetter; and his nieces, Kamey McEwan and Janie.
