She was predeceased by: her father Roy Lemons. She is survived by: her mother Patti Atkins (Lemons); her siblings, Blake Lemons and Julie Costa (Lemons); her nephew Hank Lemons; her nieces, Emily Lemons, Avery Slifer and Kendall Slifer; her aunt Ann Thomas; and her cousins, Scott Bomer, Katie Blue and Annslee Taylor. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew, but also to their friends.
As Lee Ann was an avid animal lover, the family is asking for donations to be made to the Linda McNatt Animal Care and Adoption Center in lieu of flowers.
