He was predeceased by: his father David "Herkey" Biffle. He is survived by: his mother Mil Richardson Biffle; his wife Christa Biffle of Sanger; his children, Miranda Biffle and Kellen Biffle of Little Elm; and his sister Melissa (Wade Isaacs) of Forestburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
