He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dwight and Lucile Alwyldia Watters (Loe); his wife Mabel Carlette Hardee; and his siblings, Joyce and Eugene.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Carlette Breeden of Alvarado, Janet Rae Odom of Stephenville and James Dwight Watters of Decatur; and his sister-in-law Edna Watters of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
