He is survived by: his wife DeLoyres Miles; his daughters, Rebecca Quick (Stephen) and Sarah Rangel (Coby); his grandchildren, Olivia Miles, Zachary Quick, Austen Quick and Mitchell Stoltz; his great grandchild Jasmine Basco; his father George Hartley; his brothers, Joe Hartley (Bonnie) and Dean Hartley (Sandy); and his sisters-in-law, Myra Thornton and Debra Windham (Rhett). He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
