Though Sandra may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Swedran and Rudolph Swedran; and her sister Cindy Swedran. She is survived by: her husband Rusty Mathews; her children, Michael Mathews and Mikayla Mathews; her siblings, Richard Walker and Rebecca Cantu; her sister-in-law Joy Mathews; and her son-in-law Garrett Kilpatrick. She is also survived by numerous extended family members, friends.

The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Galena Park Education Foundation.
