He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fuller and Irene Fuller; his sister Roberta Morgan; and his stepson Winston Wood. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Fuller; his daughters, Sandra Lucille Fuller, Andrea Carroll Fuller and Kristi Reece (Steve Reece); his brothers, John J. Fuller and Edward K. Fuller; his grandchildren, Scarlet Raymond, Andrew Garza, Tyelor Dunn and Kasey Goodwin; and his great grandchild Aleah Reece.
