He was predeceased by: his siblings, Betty Jean Waller Hall and Robert Lee Waller. He is survived by: his parent Charles; his children, Sarabeth Waller Smith (John) of Houston and Lois Michelle Waller Marchal (Kenneth) of Sandy Point, C. J; his wife Lisa of Sandy Point; and his granddaughters, Laura Marie Waller, Mary Elizabeth Waller of Sandy Point and Victoria Michelle Smith Rotramel (John) of Houston. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family, church family, and friends.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Kenneth Marchal, John Smith, William D. Graves, George M. Caldwell Jr., Michael W. Williams, T.W. Caldwell III, Bill Carraway, John (Buck) Caldwell, Jimmie Silvers, Terry Faniel and John Rotramel In lieu of usual remembrances, donations may be made to Angleton 1st Jail Ministry.
