He is survived by: his parents, Franklin W. Self and Bessie M. Self; his spouses, Sandra Schleicher (Sandy) and Sandy Self; his sons, Scott (Sandra), Nathan and Kevin Self (Andrea); and his grandson Trevor Self (Taylor).
