He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Staley; and his sister Amy Simpson. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Staley of Greenville; his wife Sandy Staley of Pottsboro; his children, Albert Staley and Clarissa Goodwin; his stepchildren, Killian Schroder, Billy Wayne Schroder, Laura Yancey, Kristina Mehaffey and Michael Mehaffey; and his siblings, Doug Staley and Carol Davis. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, and one Great Grandchild.
