She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Garibay and Elisa Garibay; her husband Oscar Aguilar Jr.; her brothers, Robert Garibay and Gilbert Garibay; and her granddaughter Nikki Aguilar.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Aguilar (Terry Barnett), Sonia Aguilar, Royel Aguilar (Lupita) and Luis Aguilar (Melissa); and her siblings, Lydia DeLeon, Baldemar Garibay and Emilio Garibay. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
