He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Vyvlecka and Adela Vyvlecka; his son Stephen Vyvlecka; his siblings, Robert, Frank Vyvlecka and Rosemary Jaksik; and his son-in-law Butch Myrick.

He is survived by: his children, Beverly Myrick, Linda Whitley (Marvin), Mark Vyvlecka (Debbie), Stanley Vyvlecka (Shelby), Larry Vyvlecka (Mildred), Chris Vyvlecka (Kendra) and Tim Vyvlecka; and his sister Florence Polk.
