He is survived by: his sons, James Jacobs of New Iberia and John Jacobs of Monroe; his parents, James Robert Jacobs (Margaret) of Bonita Springs and Peggy Ann Jacobs of Sandia; his siblings, Eric J. Jacobs (Samantha) of Corpus Christi, Jacquelyn Renee Jacobs and Jamie Rebecca Hunter (Nic); and his nephew Harrison Hunter.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation to their local Animal Shelter be made in Clay's honor.
