It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Torno (Sandia, Texas), born in Floresville, Texas, who passed away on October 4, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otto Karl and Maggie Torno; his brothers, Oscar, Karl and Pat Torno; his wife Marilyn Torno; his children, Cindy Minor (Benny) of Sandia, Connie Beseda (Tim) of New Braunfels, Texas, Derald Torno (Mary) of Sandia and Gary Torno (Jana) of Portland, Texas; and his sister Alpha Lee Rapach of Corpus Christi. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
