He was predeceased by: his parents, Lasaro Picaso and Patrocinia Picaso; his wife Rosa Picaso; his son Ruben Picaso; his brother Vicente Picaso Sr.; his son-in-law Pancho Fuentes; and his mother-in-law Andrea Benavidez.
He is survived by: his children, Della Fuentes and Serapio "Poe" Picasso Jr. (Monica); his grandchildren, Rosemary Fuentes, Stevie Fuentes (Barrie Lynn), Larry Picasso (Lawson) and Shelly Picasso; his great grandchildren, Cedric, RaeLynn, Cai, Ella Fuentes and Luke Picasso; and his siblings, Vicki Arredondo, Paula Picaso, Catarina Garza (Salvador), Juanita Hamilton, Aurelia Galvan (Larry), Patty Fisher (Robert), Domingo Picaso (Melva), Fred Picaso (Lali) and Larry Hernandez.
