She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Mitchell and Lucile Mitchell; her husband Charles Stegall; her sister-in-law Shirley Mitchell; and her nephew Michael Mitchell.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Stegall of Fort Stockton, TX, Robert Stegall of Sanderson, TX and Judy Stegall Houston (Clay); her grandchildren, Shawn Stegall (Hanna) of Oklahoma City, Brandee Stegall Monson (Kyle), Crystal Perez (Fernie), Trevin, Madison and Kolby Houston of Sanderson, TX.; her great grandchildren, Shawn Robert Stegall of Oklahoma City, OK, Penelope Ann Galindo of Fort Stockton, TX and Aelita Manson of Great Falls, Mont.; her nephew Clay Mitchell (Marka); her brother David Mitchell (Sandra); and her great-nephews, Trey Mitchell (Julie) and Colby Mitchell (Lindsey).
