It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosario C. Garza of San Ygnacio, Texas, who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Mario H. Garza; her children, Maricela G. Botello (Eduardo "Wayo") and Jose R. "Tito" Garza (Carmen S.); and her parents, Manuel Copado and Andrea Copado.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth G. Chapa, Diana G. Villarreal (Juan), Hector M. Garza (Rosario), Adrian Garza, Patricia N. Garza, Juanita Medina (Joel), Mario H. "Beto" Garza, Jr., Nydia A. "Abby" Facundo (Jose Luis) and Luis C. Garza (Eva); and her sister Guadalupe C. Garza. She is also survived by thirty-two grandchildren; seventy-two great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
