He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn and Faye. He is survived by: his wife Mary Micheale Welch (Mikie); his sons, Michael and Buddy; his daughters-in-law, Andrea and Jessica; his grandsons, Zachary, Alec and Reid; and his siblings, Phil Bishop (Hilda) and Cindy Brown (Charles).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like for donations to be made to the Uganda Mission Fund in Dwayne's memory.
