He was predeceased by: his father Orlando Miller, Sr.; his stepfather Gomez Moreno; his mother Doris Estes Moreno; and his sister Adeline Ratliff. He is survived by: his wife Mayra Dominguez Miller; his children, Angela Miller Chambers (Kirk Chambers), Jonathan Miller (Feyona Garbutt), Deborah Miller Smuts (Jason Smuts) and Roberto Dominguez; his siblings, Fritzy Dean, Susie Parisher, Linda Zamudio, Junior Moreno, John Moreno, Raymond Moreno and Betty Joy Beddow; his granddaughter Meagan Pulatie Smith (Shiloh Smith); his siblings, Hunter Pulatie (Megan McCoy Pulatie), Julian Caracheo (Alyssa Tamaseu), Jake Chambers, Magdalena Caracheo, Hilarie Smuts and Jake Smuts; and his great grandchildren, Nyla Garbutt, Paisley Smith, Tinsley Smith, Everley Smith, Payslee Caracheo, Rhodes Pulatie and Aralyn Salazar.
