He was predeceased by: his parents, George Samuel and Katie Lee Riggs; his siblings, Climmie, Joe, Lee, Earnest, Woodrow and Mildred Mae Plumley; and his granddaughter Mitzi Lanae Riggs.
He is survived by: his sons, Mitchell (Rebecca), Monty (Debehra), Marcus and Matthew (Angela); his wife Barbara Louise Smith of Big Springs, Texas.; his grandchildren, Jessica Noble (Travis), Mindy Sebastian (Tim), Jordan Riggs (Yoki), Piper Riggs and Keely Guerrero; his great grandchildren, Hannah Noble, Josiah Noble (Katlynn), Asa Noble, Morgan, Micah, Makenna Riggs, Macy, Olivia and Allie Sebastian; and his child Grands. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and their children and extended families.
