He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Cummins and Mayberry Cummins; his wife Lou Etta Cummins; and his brother Carl Cummins. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl (Greg) and Cathy; his grandchildren, Corey and Kelley (Leo); and his great grandchild Teigan. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
