He is survived by: his wife Sulema Cisneroz; and his children, Dr. Arnulfo (Carmen Cisneroz), David (Sandra Cisneroz), Ramiro (Maria Cisneroz), Jose Cisneroz, Isabel Cisneroz and Yolanda Cisneroz. He is also survived by his seventeen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
