She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Martinez and Guadalupe Martinez (Sandoval); her granddaughter Marisol Gomez; and her great grandchild Elijah Goertz. She is survived by: her husband Juan Surita Sr.; her children, Julia Flores (Adolfo Jr) of Snyder, Rosa Goertz (Ben) of Live Oak, Juan Surita Jr. of Kingsland, Zenaida Gomez (Marcos Jr) of Elgin and Virginia Guerrero (Florencio) of Round Mountain; and her sisters, Juanita Martinez and Lupe Lopez. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
