She was predeceased by: her parents, Hardy Ellis Stewardson and Birdie (Barton); her husband Marlis Ceburn Barker; her daughter Debra Burson; and her brothers, J. L. and Boyd Stewardson.

She is survived by: her son Bruce Barker (Teri) of Big Horn, WY; her sister Francis Skiles of Weatherford; her son-in-law Tom Burson of Silverton, Texas; her grandchildren, Donny Burson (Brooke), Morgan Stalick and Brook Johnson of Wyoming; and her great grandchildren, Finn, Marlis, Jhett and Acey.
