He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Pavey and Minnie Welch; and his siblings, Bonnie Lou West, Vera Inez Welch and Kenneth Pavey.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jean Pavey; and his children, Ray Pavey and Virginia Bunting (Shaun). He is also survived by two grandchildren and several adopted grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
