He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Quintana, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Michael Anthony Quintana, Jr. and Chelsea Quintana (Steven Perez); his mother Josephine Quintana; his siblings, Arthur J. Quintana (Beatrice Martinez) and Josette Ann Harros (Pete); and his grandchildren, Rosalinda Bella Perez, Lilly Rose Perez, Steven Perez, Jr., Stefan Angel Perez, Estevan King Perez, Vivian Quintana and Mike Quintana III. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
