It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Elena E. Tristan of San Marcos, Texas, who passed away on January 26, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Guadalupe Espinoza and Susana Espinoza; and her sisters, Susie Gonzales and Frances Lopez. She is survived by: her husband Esequiel Tristan; her son Ezequiel Tristan Jr.; and her siblings, Guadalupe Espinoza Jr. and Mary Lou Alfaro. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
