She was predeceased by: her mother Margarita Salinas; and her son Angel Vargas. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Vargas; her children, Daniel Vargas Jr. (TJ Black) and Malaina Partington (John Partington); her father Manuel Salinas; and her siblings, Corrina Acevedo (Antonio), Angela Pacheco (Juan), Edra Romero (Josh), Manuel Salinas Jr. (Kim) and Adrian Salinas (Ana). She is also survived by in-laws and by numerous nieces, nephews.
