He was predeceased by: his parents, Abel and Carmen; and his brother Mario. He is survived by: his wife Delia; his sons, Rafael, Jaime Jr. and Luis; his daughters-in-law, Lucinda, Mary and Brianna; his granddaughter Mari (Artie); and his siblings, Cesar, Argelia, Leticia, Yolanda and Olga. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomason Funeral Home - San Marcos (2001 Ranch Rd 12, San Marcos, TX 78666). A rosary was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church (310 Lockhart St, Martindale, TX 78655).
